Zaid Odeh

 

Position: Service Instructor

Zaid Odeh is a Service Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, where he teaches the fine dining service techniques at the Banquet class at RACA. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Kendall College in Chicago, after finishing a two year Diploma from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Before being an instructor at RACA, Zaid worked for years in the Food & Beverage department in top rated hotels in the United States.
