Mohammad Al-Zubaidi

Position: Senior Pastry Instructor

Chef Mohammed has over 18 years of dedication to the Pastry Kitchen. He worked at reputable international brands, and his last position was as a Pastry Chef at Fallsview Casino Resort/Canada (2012). Chef Zubaidi has joined the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2012. In addition, he won various rewards and prizes such as the First Gold Medal in 2006 for Novelty Cake Decoration, the Third Bronze Medal (2007) for the Wedding Cake, The Successful Opening of Grand Hyatt Amman (1999) & Kaminski Hotel Ishtar (2006).
